
The Vancouver Island Purpose & Business Collaborative (VIPBC) has a vision to transform Vancouver Island into a Hub of Social Purpose Impact. It is a collaboration led by Sooke and Tofino in partnership with the Canadian Purpose Economy Project, and participating chambers. It is offering a 2-year program of education and connection to support Vancouver Island businesses to grow their business and drive community impact.

Graduates of the program will be invited to join a Vancouver Island-based Community of Practice—a collaborative network of businesses committed to advancing social purpose. Facilitated by Tessa Vanderkop, Co-founder of the Canadian Purpose Economy Project and social purpose expert, the community provides ongoing peer learning, practical tools and shared problem-solving to help businesses strengthen their impact and performance.
